Refund policy

Not every purchase works out—and that’s completely normal. If something you ordered from Wanjsea doesn’t feel right, you can return or exchange it in a straightforward way, without unnecessary steps or extra fees.

30-Day Return Period

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

This means once your order arrives, you have time to try it on, check the fit, and decide whether it meets your expectations.

Return Eligibility

To keep the process fair and consistent, returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In the same condition as received
  • All original tags attached
  • Original packaging included
  • No signs of washing, alteration, or damage

We accept returns for both:

  • Items that don’t meet expectations (“changed your mind”)
  • Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned due to hygiene or customization reasons:

  • Underwear and swimwear
  • Custom-made or made-to-order items
  • Personal care products
  • Opened hygiene-related goods
  • Digital products
  • Clearance or final sale items

How to Start a Return

We’ve kept the process simple:

  1. Email us at service@wanjsea.com with your order number
  2. Let us know which item(s) you’d like to return or exchange
  3. We’ll reply with instructions and provide a prepaid return label
  4. Pack your item securely and send it back

Return Shipping

  • Returns are free of charge
  • Exchanges are also free
  • A prepaid return label will be provided after your request is approved

You won’t need to pay out of pocket for return shipping.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days
  • Funds are issued back to your original payment method

We do not charge restocking fees. The amount you paid is the amount you receive back.

Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, that’s fully supported.
You can request a different size, color, or item (subject to availability).

Additional Notes

  • Partial returns are accepted (you can return one or more items from an order)
  • If a return package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us with any available details (tracking, photos), and we’ll assist in resolving the issue
