Order Processing
Once an order is placed, it moves into processing without unnecessary delays.
Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) are processed starting the next business day.
This processing window allows us to check items, confirm order details, and ensure everything is properly packed before shipment.
Shipping Area & Delivery Time
At this time, Wanjsea ships within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Estimated delivery time:
Standard shipping usually arrives within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times are estimates. Once a package is handed to the carrier, transit times may vary depending on distance, regional logistics, and seasonal volume.
Shipping Fees
We keep shipping costs simple:
- Orders over $60 qualify for free standard shipping
- Orders under $60 are charged a flat $7.99 shipping fee
There are no hidden handling charges added at checkout.
Carriers & Tracking
We work with a range of established carriers, including UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, SF Express, and 4PX, depending on the most efficient route for your location.
After your order ships:
- A tracking number will be sent to your email
- Tracking is also available through your account on wanjsea.com
This allows you to follow your shipment from dispatch to delivery.
Shipping Limitations
- Shipping is currently limited to addresses within the United States
- We do not ship to international destinations at this time
Delays & Delivery Issues
While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, such as:
- Peak seasons and holiday demand
- Weather conditions
- Carrier or logistics disruptions
If your order encounters a significant issue:
- Lost packages or items that arrive heavily damaged should be reported within 7 days of delivery
- Please contact us, and we will review the situation and assist where possible
Local Pickup
We currently do not offer local pickup or in-person collection.
